Lynn and Nick in Europe, 1997

Athens

		We had only two nights in Athens, but we kept ourselves busy. In the afternoon after we arrived, we went up to the Acropolis.
		Statue in the Acropolis Museum.
		In the evening, we went onto our hotel's roof and looked at the Acropolis while we sipped a wine.
		The next morning, we were up early for a three-island cruise to Aegina, Poros, and Hydra.
		The next morning, we had a look around the centre of Athens, seeing this church ...
		and the Temple of Olympian Zeus.

Then from Athens a flight back to London, an overnight stay, then by Eurostar through the Channel Tunnel to Paris.
